Adam Stephenson is an experienced leader in engineering and product management, currently serving as VP of Systems & Product at Miru since January 2025. Prior to this role, Adam was the CEO and President of Stella Custom Glass Hardware, where a strategic transformation was implemented, resulting in full P&L ownership and oversight of all company functions. Adam has held various engineering and managerial positions, including Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Cooledge Lighting Inc., and has managed engineering projects at American Vanadium Corp. Adam's early career includes roles in application engineering and product development across several industries. Adam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrated Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
