Allyson Houchen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of sales management, customer support, and marketing automation. From 2008 to 2013, Allyson worked as a Database Analyst at SAP America, where they improved marketing capabilities and managed support processes. Prior to that, they held various roles at Bloomberg, leading teams in global energy and foreign exchange sales while cultivating significant client relationships. Currently, Allyson serves as a Director, Leader, and Mentor at Stella & Dot, where they coach entrepreneurs and manage a team of over 600 stylists, achieving notable sales rankings between 2013 and 2017.
