Chad Lee

Chad Lee is an experienced plant management professional with a proven track record in the wood treatment industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Stella-Jones since July 2018, Chad previously held the position of Plant Supervisor at McFarland Cascade from June 2016 to July 2018, where responsibilities included supervising the treating process and managing boiler operations. Prior to that, Chad spent over seven years at Lufkin Creosoting Co, first as Maintenance Manager and Boiler Operations Manager, and later as Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician. Early career experiences include a foreman role at Welding Services Inc., where Chad began as a boilermaker apprentice and gained extensive field experience. Chad combines hands-on maintenance expertise with strong leadership skills to optimize plant operations and minimize downtime.
