Kyle Brown

Kyle Brown is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Residential Lumber at Stella-Jones Inc. since April 2019, Kyle has a strong background in strategic planning and process improvement. Prior roles include General Manager at Shelburne Wood Protection Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed strategic operational planning and efficiency enhancements, as well as various positions such as Office Manager and Shipping Receiving Manager, which focused on customer relations and operational standardization. Additionally, Kyle gained management experience as General Manager at East Side Mario's, successfully overseeing a large team and improving operational efficiency. Kyle is pursuing a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Algonquin College, building on foundational educational achievements from Orangeville District Secondary School.
