Steven Olivier

Steven Olivier has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steven started their career at Outback Steakhouse, working as a Bus Boy, Server, Bartender, and eventually becoming a Headwaiter. In 2005, they joined BEGNEAUD Manufacturing as an Apprentice, gaining experience in various departments such as CNC Laser Cutting, Press Break, Finishing, Punching, and Welding.

In 2006, Steven worked as a Project Coordinator at Streamline Industries, LLC for a short period of time. Later that year, they joined CAD Control Systems as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for initiating, designing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and coordinating various aspects of control systems for the oil and gas industry. Their projects included BOP Control Units, Diverter Control Units, High Pressure Test Units, and more.

From 2012 to 2013, Steven served as the Operations Manager at Raven Controls LLC, where they managed business and product development of automated systems in the oil and gas industry. Their responsibilities included formulating policies, managing daily operations, planning resources, and overseeing safety, quality, production, marketing, sales, engineering, and training.

In 2014, Steven returned to Stella Maris LLC as a Project Manager, where they independently led projects related to custom engineering, manufacturing, and servicing of process equipment for the oil and gas industry. Steven worked closely with engineers and technicians to overcome challenges and meet customer standards, while emphasizing project scheduling and budget management.

In 2017, Steven moved to CORTEC, LLC as a Project Planner, responsible for planning and managing projects within the organization. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Stella Maris LLC, with a focus on optimization and realization of custom engineering, manufacturing, and servicing of process equipment.

Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated strong skills in project management, communication, leadership, decision making, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Steven has a comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas industry and has worked on projects with various required classifications.

Steven Olivier attended Teurlings Catholic High School from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they went on to study at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 2000 to 2005. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology/Technician during their time at the university.
