Annie M. has a wealth of experience in the digital marketing and customer service fields. Annie began their career in 2012 as a Sales Associate at maurices, where they developed customer service skills and built rapport with the sales team and customers. In 2014, they joined Acadia Lead Management Services as a Digital Media Intern, where they were tasked with the project of redesigning the trade show booth for Acadia and ThomasNet for the Dayton AMTS trade show. Annie then moved up to the roles of Digital Media Coordinator and Digital Media Specialist, where they actively planned and executed digital marketing plans on behalf of the company and researched and stayed ahead of marketing trends to produce digital media pieces for different marketing campaigns. In 2017, they joined The Greentree Group as a Customer Service Financial Systems Support Analyst. In 2018, they moved to Vivial as an SEO Analyst and Digital Account Coordinator. Currently, Annie M. is a Senior SEO Specialist at Stella Rising, a position they have held since 2022.

Annie M. obtained their Bachelor's of Arts in Communications, Electronic Media Concentration from the University of Dayton in 2014. In 2016, they received two certifications from HubSpot: a HubSpot Certification and an Inbound Certification.
