Katie Duncan has worked in various roles since 2012. Katie started out as a volunteer at The Children's Museum of New Hampshire, then worked as a cashier at Hannaford Supermarkets. In 2014, they became a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy, a Contributing Writer at The Odyssey, a Waitress at Cafe Nostimo Deliciously Greek!, an Executive Style Editor & Writer and College Fashion Week Model at Her Campus Media, a Marketing Intern at Wilcox Industries, a Non-Profit Coordinator at Opinions 4 Good, an Office Assistant at the Fairfield University Financial Aid Office, a Curatorial And Marketing Intern at the Fairfield University Museum of Art, and a Fairfield University Art Museum Student Associate. In 2018, they began working at Stella Rising as a Manager, Paid Social, Digital Strategist, Senior Associate, Retail/Business Services, and Associate, Brand Activation.

Katie Duncan's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Art History with a concentration in Art Administration from Fairfield University, which they completed in 2018. Katie also attended Florence University of the Arts in 2016, where they studied Communications. Prior to that, they graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2014.
