Ravi Gadam

Ravi Gadam's work experience begins in 2007 at Orbital ATK, where they served as a Senior Finance Manager. During their time there, they presented monthly forecasts and financial plans, developed cost control reports for a development program, and collaborated on an automated tool for calculating material costs.

In 2016, Ravi joined Curtiss-Wright as a Controller. Ravi led the finance staff in improving analysis for project reporting and successfully completed two product line divestitures. Ravi also implemented a process to convert the revenue recognition method.

Most recently, in 2020, Ravi became the Director of Finance/FP&A at Stellant Systems, Inc. Ravi played a critical role in the sale of L3 Harris' EDD Division to a private equity company by creating financial models and presentations. Ravi also revamped the forecasting process to enhance accuracy and business insights.

Ravi Gadam completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters in Accounting degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, from 2002 to 2003. Ravi'sundergraduate degree is in Economics, which they obtained from the University of Michigan, during the period of 1998 to 2002. Apart from their formal education, Ravi Gadam has also obtained a certification in Global Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
