Caradec Bruno has extensive work experience in financial institutions and automotive companies. caradec started their career in 2007 as the Responsible for Pre-litigation Recovery at Crédipar, where they worked until 2009. caradec then moved to Banque PSA Finance, where they served as the Responsible for Platform Recovery from 2009 to 2012. In 2015, they joined PSA Peugeot Citroën as the Responsible for Contract Management of Banque PSA Finance's clients. In 2017, they joined Opel Vauxhall Finance as the Head of Retail Operations, where they led initiatives to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction through digitalization, process improvement, and automation. caradec currently holds the position of Head of Retail Operations at Banque PSA Finance, a role they took on in 2020.

Caradec Bruno attended Université de Rennes I and obtained a Deug de Droit degree in the field of study of Droit.
