Alan Porter, MSA, is a Production Engineering Manager and Automotive Stamping Innovation Specialist with a focus on continuous improvement and team empowerment, drawing on 25 years of experience in manufacturing with FCA and the U.S. Navy. They have held various leadership roles, including Facility and Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager, where they championed safety and quality while implementing lean principles and Kaizen processes. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Central Michigan University and holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ferris State University, Alan remains committed to fostering a culture of excellence within manufacturing environments.
