Javier Perez

Javier Perez is an experienced project manager currently leading the Small BEV Factory at SEAT, S.A. since January 2016, previously serving as the Gerente of Pinturas and Gerente de Mantenimiento at the Martorell plant. Prior to this role, Javier worked at Volkswagen Argentina as Gerente de Ingenieria y Mantenimiento, where excellent international experience was gained in managing a motivated team during a factory shutdown project. Javier's career at SEAT began in 2003, covering various maintenance and quality assurance roles. Earlier work included a position at KUKA Sistemas in project automation and a technical role at Siemens. Javier holds several degrees from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has furthered leadership skills through studies at Esade.
