Brittany Sears

Brittany Sears is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Software Quality Product Line for Fleet and Services at Stellantis since January 2021. In this role, Brittany focuses on enhancing customer journey experiences by defining metrics and leading user acceptance criteria for fleet asset management features. Prior to this position, Brittany held various roles, including Assistant Chief Engineer for xHEV and high voltage battery pack development, as well as North American diesel engine applications. Brittany's career includes significant contributions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Navistar Inc, and John Deere, starting as an intern and progressing to senior engineering roles. Brittany holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
