Charles Oxender

Chuck Oxender is the Labor Relations General Counsel at Stellantis, having previously served as the Director of US Manufacturing Labor Relations for Powertrain and Stamping. Prior to joining Stellantis, they worked as Employment Law and Benefits Staff Counsel for FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, advising on labor law and employment litigation. Chuck has a diverse professional background that includes serving as a Congressional Aide for both Congressman Bart Stupak and Congressman Sander Levin, as well as practicing as an Associate Attorney and Senior Attorney at prominent law firms, where they specialized in employment and labor law. Chuck earned a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School and holds a BS in Business Management from Northern Michigan University.
