Chris Zammit

Chris Zammit is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business development and antitrust law. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of the Global Business Development Legal Group at Stellantis since February 2010, Chris leads a team of international lawyers and provides legal assistance for strategic mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, and other equity transactions. Prior roles include Senior Counsel at Stellantis, where Chris acted as general counsel for various business units and led antitrust counsel, and General Counsel & Assistant Secretary for Maserati North America, Inc. Additionally, Chris has a robust background in litigation and regulatory matters from positions at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and an A.B. in Math and Economics from the University of Michigan.
