David Cohen

David Cohen is the Corporate Employee Relations Lead focusing on Strategy, Culture, Employee Engagement, and Special Projects at Stellantis, where they have worked since 2021. With extensive experience in employee and labor relations, talent management, and people development, David has overseen functions for large manufacturing facilities with over 4,000 employees. Prior to Stellantis, David held various roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2010 to 2021, including Labor Relations Manager and People Development Manager. David also completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development at Oakland University between 2008 and 2010, and gained early experience as a Corporate Human Resources Intern at William Beaumont Hospital in 2010 and as a Night Floor Merchandiser/Driver at Costco Wholesale from 2004 to 2010.
