Holly Cummings

Holly Cummings currently serves as Creative Lead/Instructional Design Manager at Stellantis since June 2025. Previously, Holly held the position of Director of Training at Belle Tire from October 2019 to June 2025, where strategic training initiatives were aligned with organizational goals. Prior roles include Talent Development Lead and Instructional Designer at Urban Science, where Holly managed training needs and developed training solutions, respectively. Additional experience includes roles at TTi Global and Raytheon Professional Services, focusing on business analysis and performance management. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oakland University.
