Jackie Hight served as Worship Minister at Fairfield Christian Church from 2004 to 2011 before transitioning to BAYADA Home Health Care, where they held the roles of Client Services Manager and Associate Director between 2011 and 2013. From 2014 to 2023, Jackie was a Production Supervisor at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, managing hourly employees and ensuring effective maintenance. Currently, Jackie works as a 3rd Shift Ops Manager at Stellantis, following a series of leadership positions within the company. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and an MBA from Indiana University Kokomo, along with an Associate's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Johnson Bible College.
