Kailey Plecha

Kailey Plecha is the Director of Rental at Stellantis, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as the Dodge and FIAT Brand Operations Manager and at Chrysler Group LLC as the FIAT and Alfa Romeo Area Sales Manager. Kailey began their career at Toyota North America, where they participated in the Management Trainee Program and later served as a District Service and Parts Manager and District Sales Manager. Kailey holds a degree in Communications and Business Marketing from Michigan State University and an International Baccalaureate from the International Academy.
