Michael Bly

Michael Bly currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Propulsion Systems at Stellantis, leading an engineering team across 13 countries. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President and Head of Global Propulsion Systems at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles during its merger with PSA, which resulted in the formation of Stellantis. Extensive previous experience includes leadership roles at American Axle & Manufacturing, where responsibilities encompassed the electrification strategy and driving significant revenue growth, and General Motors, where Michael oversaw extensive powertrain engineering operations and played a key role in developing hybrid technologies. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
