Sandeep M. is a highly experienced engineering professional with a focus on battery electric vehicle (BEV) propulsion systems. Currently serving as the Global Chief Engineer for BEV Propulsion Systems at Stellantis, Sandeep has previously held significant roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including Assistant Chief Engineer and Program Management & Execution Leader for Electrified Propulsion Systems. Sandeep has also served as Group Leader for CAE of Electrified & Hybrid Powertrains. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Additionally, Sandeep gained early experience through internships at Colorado State University and the Indian Institute of Science, as well as a role as a Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University.
