Tara Vatcher

Tara Vatcher is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as SVP of Software Architecture and Development at Stellantis since January 2022, Vatcher previously held several senior roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including Global Director of Software Engineering and Director of Software Engineering. Vatcher's career also includes significant positions at LHP Software, Thomson Consumer Electronics, Cummins Engine Company, Rolls-Royce, and Bombardier Aerospace, showcasing a strong background in embedded systems and technical engineering. Vatcher holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Master’s degree in Medical/Electrical Engineering from McGill University, alongside professional certifications such as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
