Victor Silvério

Victor Silvério is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the automotive industry. At Stellantis from December 2018 to October 2021, Victor served as a Project Manager for Seating Systems & Interior Components, overseeing cross-functional coordination and risk management to ensure project milestones were met. Prior to this role, Victor was a Design Release Engineer and Project Engineer, managing deliverables across various project phases. Earlier positions at FCA Latam included Test Laboratory Technician, where mechanical testing and validation of components were conducted, and Project Designer, focusing on CAD modeling and engineering documentation. Victor holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifica Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management from USP / Esalq.
