Vikas Taware

Vikas Taware is an experienced System Software Test Engineer with a strong background in automotive control and development. Currently at Stellantis, Vikas focuses on developing and integrating Powertrain plant models using MATLAB Simulink. Previous experience includes a role as a Software Validation Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where Vikas led validation testing and developed automated analysis methods using Python. At ZF Group, responsibilities involved system integration testing and establishing HIL setups. Vikas also has research experience from Michigan Technological University, contributing to autonomous driving architecture and testing methodologies. An early career at Godrej & Boyce included quality assurance and implementation of process improvements. Vikas holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
