Jinesh Shah

Jinesh Shah is currently an advisor at Stellapps. Prior to that, they were with Nexus Venture Partners from July 2007 to September 2010, where they served as CFO and Vice President. Shah was responsible for finance, investments, investor relations, due diligence, and working with portfolio companies.

From July 2005 to June 2007, Shah was with Datamatics Global Services Ltd., where they served as AGM of finance. Jinesh's responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, management information system, treasury management, and SAS70.

Shah began their career at Patni Computers Systems Limited in July 2002, where they served as manager of finance. Jinesh was responsible for BPO start-up team, IPO, M&A, business finance implementation, Sarbanes Oxley, and SAP ERP FICO consultation. In March 2000, they joined HCL Technologies Limited as a senior management trainee and was part of the start-up team for the BPO business.

Jinesh Shah pursued an MBA in Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Prior to that, they completed their CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and B.Com from the University of Mumbai.
