Dani Warren

Dani Warren, MSHR, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Senior Consultant at Stellar Bank, where responsibilities include collaborating with managers to recruit and screen candidates for various positions across IT, Operations, and general banking functions. Warren has a diverse background in recruitment and talent management, having owned Caring Valet Services, where a door-to-door trash service was established. Prior to that, experiences include sourcing roles for a fintech firm at Emerald Talent, filling finance positions at Insperity, and recruiting for Waste Connections, Inc. and other organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from New Mexico State University.
