Babita Bankoti has a wealth of work experience in the recruitment and training industries. Babita began their career in 2014 as a Process Trainer at AMS COMTEL BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2018, they moved to TechnoGravity Solutions (P) Ltd. as a Technical Recruiter. In 2019, they took on the role of Executive Resourcing at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. In 2020, they became a US IT Recruiter at NLB Services and also a Team Lead Recruiter and Senior Recruiter at Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC, which was 2018 NMSDC Supplier of the Year and is a Certified Minority and Disadvantaged Owned Business.

Babita Bankoti received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Delhi University in 2010. Babita then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, which they completed in 2015.
