Rishabh Shukla has over eight years of professional experience in the IT staffing industry. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Resource Executive at American Cybersystems, where they were involved in the full life-cycle recruiting experience, generating understanding of openings, sourcing candidates, conducting technical interviews, and negotiating and closing deals. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Senior Executive - IT Staffing at Mindlance, where they developed, drove, and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Resource Manager at Rylee Technologies Inc, where they provided consulting services and capabilities. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been the Director - Delivery & Recruitment at Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC, a boutique business and technology staffing firm, where they deliver high quality and experienced workforce for niche technology projects.
