David Crosby

David P. Crosby is an experienced executive in the health care industry with a diverse background spanning several leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member and Advisor since October 2022, David previously held significant positions including President and CEO of PreferredOne from August 2015 to September 2022, and Chief of Value-Based Solutions at Fairview Health Services from September 2019 to August 2021. David's expertise extends to executive roles at MVP Health Care, UHealthSolutions, Coventry Health Care, HealthPlus of Michigan, Kaiser Permanente, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York. David holds an M.B.A. in Health Care Management from the University at Buffalo and is certified as a Managed Care Executive through the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
