Pratap Pradhan

Pratap Pradhan started their work experience in 1999 as a Senior Software Engineer at e.Soft Technologies Ltd. Pratap then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Kwebmaker Digital Agency in 2004 before becoming a Technical Team Lead at Techshastra (I) Pvt. Ltd. in the same year. In 2006, they joined 3i Infotech Ltd. (ICICI Bank) as a Lead Software Engineer. From 2007 to 2020, Pratap worked at Personify Corp, where they held the position of Principal Technical Solutions Architect. Currently, they are working as a Delivery Manager/Scrum Master at Stellar IT Solutions, Inc.

Pratap Pradhan's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Information System from Stratford University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a two-year Post-graduate Professional Diploma in Network-Centered Computing/Programming from the National Institute of Information Technology from 1997 to 1999. Pratap Pradhan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they earned from Berhampur University from 1993 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Pratap Pradhan has obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2021.
