Sandy Jay

Sandy Jay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2003, Sandy worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Summit HR Worldwide for two years. In 2005, Sandy joined Amtex Systems Inc. as a US IT Recruiter and stayed with the company until 2007. Sandy then joined KSIT Consulting Inc (A Group of Stellar IT Solutions) in 2007 and held various positions, including Recruitment Specialist, Team Lead, Manager - Operations, and Sr Manager - HR & Operations. In 2018, Sandy joined Stellar IT Solutions, Inc. as a Director - Operations before being promoted to Director - Global Operations later that year. In these roles, Sandy was responsible for decision-making on operational activities, strategic staffing and consulting, day-to-day operations supervision, customer support oversight, and managing relationships with external partners and vendors.

Sandy Jay completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Madras, from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certifications of "Executive Leadership" from LinkedIn in June 2021, and "Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
