Roberto Durscki

Roberto Durscki, also known as Rob, has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Roberto (Rob) started their career at Citibank, where they gained experience in treasury operations management and process improvement. Roberto (Rob) then moved on to Sicredi, where they held various roles including head of core banking and cash management products, cards operations manager, and BPM and PMO office manager.

Afterwards, Rob joined Deloitte as a consulting manager, leading teams and projects in technology innovation and digital strategy for financial services clients. Roberto (Rob) also played a key role in the implementation of CIBC's Simplii Digital Bank project.

Rob continued their career as the chief strategy and product officer at Banco Triangulo, where they managed commercial banking products, digital banking, marketing, channels, and strategic planning. Roberto (Rob) successfully launched two digital banking platforms for commercial and retail clients.

Following this, Rob served as the chief operating officer at Stablecorp Inc., where they led the implementation and launch of the first Canadian fully compliant Dollar Stablecoin - QCAD. Roberto (Rob) was also responsible for vendor management and regulatory compliance.

Currently, Rob works at Stellar Development Foundation as the senior director of RWA tokenization, focusing on creating equitable access to the global financial system by selecting strategic partners and engaging in meaningful projects.

Roberto (Rob) Durscki's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management (2015-2017). Roberto (Rob) also completed various programs in strategic leadership and management, including Organizational Effectiveness from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (2015), Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management (2014), and The Wharton School (2013). Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in Operation Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Assurance from USP - Universidade de São Paulo (2004-2007), an Engineer degree specializing in IT, Project Management, and Process Improvement from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (1999-2003), and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Paraná (1999-2003). In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) from CUES (obtained in 2015).
