Tina Caye

Tina Caye has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tina is currently working as the Executive Creative Director at the Stellar Development Foundation since 2023. Prior to this, they founded Clover Collective in 2019 and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, finances, business development, and client services. Additionally, Tina is a member of The Female Founder Collective, a network of businesses led by women, supporting women, since 2020.

Tina's previous experience includes roles at Capital One, where they served as the Group Creative Director and later as the Creative Director, leading teams of copywriters, graphic designers, and art directors for their Small Business Bank and Consumer Card divisions. Tina also worked as a Creative Director at One Dollar One Show and Booz Allen Hamilton, where they managed schedules, production, and budgets for multiple media projects.
