Kiersten Reece (Hatton) is an experienced real estate broker currently working at Stellar Realty Northwest since September 2021, with a passion for homeownership as a means of long-term financial growth, inspired by a family background in real estate. Prior to this role, Kiersten served in various marketing positions at the Oxford Collection Hotels from September 2016 to April 2021, including Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator, focusing on traditional marketing and enhancing the digital guest experience across sixteen properties. Earlier professional experiences include a role as Revenue Management Coordinator at Oxford Suites & Hotels and a Shift Supervisor position at Papa Murphy's Take N Bake Pizza, where leadership and customer service skills were developed. Kiersten holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Oregon State University-Cascades and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Central Oregon Community College.
