Since August 2017, Blair has held the position of Division Manager at Stellar Recruitment, focusing on business development within the build construction sector. Prior to this, Blair was a recruiter at the same company, contributing to the establishment of strong relationships with industry contacts and job seekers. Blair's professional rugby career spanned multiple teams, including BAYONNE RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB and FC Grenoble Rugby, among others, showcasing a solid athletic background. Blair holds a Diploma in Information Communication Technology from Ara Institute of Canterbury, completed between 2001 and 2004, and attended St Bede's College from 1997 to 2000.
