Denise Kaitu has extensive experience in recruitment and staffing, currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Consultant at Stellar Recruitment since July 2015. In this role, Denise provides strategic candidate resourcing strategies for open cut and underground coal/metals across Queensland and New South Wales, with a strong emphasis on developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships while sourcing exceptional candidates for high-profile clients. Prior to this, Denise held the position of Payroll Manager at Caxton Hotel from June 2014 to July 2015 and worked at Pinnacle People Australia from May 2007 to July 2014 in various roles, including Staffing & Payroll Consultant, Senior Staffing Consultant - FIFO, and National Staffing Consultant.
