Scott Gubin, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Stellar Renewable Power since January 2024. Prior to this role, Scott held multiple senior accounting positions at Strawberry Fields REIT from January 2020 to January 2024, including Acting CFO and Corporate Controller, contributing to the successful launch of a publicly traded REIT. Previous experience includes serving as a Fund Accounting Consultant at Hillwood, where Scott supported both US and European Private Equity funds, and as Controller at Kalimian Equities, overseeing a diverse real estate portfolio generating approximately $25 million in annual revenues. Additional roles include Senior Financial Controller at BCRE, Accounting Consultant positions at Cushman & Wakefield and CCRE, Vice President and Controller at Vanke Holdings USA LLC, and Senior Controller at Landmark Banyan Real Estate Advisors. Scott Gubin graduated with a BA in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College in 1997.
