Allyson Downey has a wealth of experience in various roles across multiple companies. Allyson began their career in 2007 as the Managing Director for Spitzer 2010, where they managed a full-time staff and team of consultants. In 2010, they moved to Credit Suisse as a Private Banker, advising high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals. In 2011, they became the Executive Director for New Leaders, where they built a national pipeline of individual funders and launched the organization's first grassroots fundraising campaign. In 2012, they founded weeSpring, Inc., a resource for parents seeking trusted recommendations on what to buy for their family. In 2015, they became an Author for Hachette Book Group, writing Here's the Plan: Your Practical Tactical Guide to Advancing Your Career During Pregnancy. In 2017, they became a Mentor for Techstars Anywhere. In 2018, they took on an Advisor role at Trust & Will. In 2020, they became a Board Member at Tot Squad.
