Art Blanchard

Art Blanchard is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development, particularly in cross-platform C++ image analysis and computer vision algorithms for the Department of Defense at Stellar Science Ltd Co since January 2012. Previous roles include software engineering positions at Sandia National Laboratories from 2007 to 2011, SAIC from February 2004 to July 2007, and the National Security Agency as a Cryptologic Mathematician from September 1996 to February 2004. Art Blanchard holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (1995-1999) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy (1983-1997).
