Dave Martin has a strong background in senior living and assisted living management. Dave currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Stellar Senior Living, where they previously served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Human Resources. Prior to their time at Stellar Senior Living, Dave worked as the Vice President of Operations at Ashley Manor, overseeing multiple assisted living and memory care communities. Dave also held positions at Stellar Senior Living, LLC as the Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Operational Finance. Earlier in their career, Dave served as the Executive Director at Blue Harbor Senior Living and as the Corporate Office Manager at Retirement Living Group. Dave began their career as a Forensic Accounting Intern at CBIZ MHM, LLC.Throughout their various roles, Dave has focused on improving operations, employee and resident satisfaction, and overall quality of life in senior living communities.

Dave Martin attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications such as the Idaho Residential Care Administrator License from the Idaho Bureau of Licensing in September 2017, and the Utah Certified Assisted Living Administrator from Senior Living University in October 2010.
