Emily Smietana

Emily Smietana has worked in various roles in the marketing and communications field since 2006. Emily began their career as a Marketing/Promotions Intern at the Sacramento River Cats in 2006. Emily then worked as a Baseball Operations Intern at the University of Oregon in 2008. Following this, they returned to the Sacramento River Cats as a Promotions Assistant in 2008. In 2010, they held the position of Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions Coordinator at the Eugene Emeralds Professional Baseball. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager at the Memphis Redbirds, LLC. In 2020, they began working as a Media and Communications Specialist at the Sacramento Police. Currently, they are an Account Director at StellarAlgo.

Emily Smietana attended the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
