Praxedis Blackhorn has a long and varied career in the creative industry. Praxedis started their career in 2010 as a Graphic Designer for Graf-x-stop. In 2011, they were hired as Lead Graphic Designer for Sign Depot ATX and also served as a Multimedia Illustrator for the National Guard Headquarters. In 2012, they founded the rebel print company Red Dragon, where they worked until 2016 when they became Operations/Brand Manager for Sign Depot ATX. In 2017, they were appointed Head of Social Media & Digital Content for the American Forces Network. In 2018, they became Head of Design for Joust, where they raised 2.6M in seed funding. In 2020, they founded Blackhorn and was appointed Digital Experience Strategist for ZenBusiness. Finally, in 2023, they were appointed Creative Director for StellarFi.

Praxedis Blackhorn's education history is as follows: In 2005, they obtained their high school diploma from Conroe High School. From 2011 to 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Advertising from The Art Institutes. Praxedis then obtained several certifications from the Defense Information School and the United States Department of Defense, including the Basic Still Photography certification in March 2010, the Basic Public Affairs Specialist Course certification in June 2011, the Basic Leadership Course certification in January 2013, and the Social Media Manager's Course certification in September 2018. Praxedis is currently pursuing a Master of Arts - MA in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Texas State University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
