Preseedha Premnath

Preseedha Premnath is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in venture capital and corporate law. Currently serving as Director, Legal at Stellaris Venture Partners since October 2021, Preseedha has previously held significant roles at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Principal Associate and Senior Associate, from April 2017 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes an Associate position at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co from August 2013 to March 2017. Preseedha holds a B.Com LLB degree from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, obtained in March 2013.
