Jared Smith

Jared Smith is a seasoned professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Growth at StellarMettle Placements since September 2025. With extensive experience in recruitment, Jared previously held the position of Senior Director of Sales at Winmo from June 2011 to September 2025, during which time responsibilities included empowering agency partners through systematic approaches to new business development. Prior roles include Director of Sales and Senior Manager at Winmo, as well as a New Business Consultant at The List, a business development resource targeting marketing decision makers. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Sales Executive at Cbeyond, focusing on territory management and customized IT solutions for small businesses.
