Diane Sargent

Diane Sargent is an accomplished healthcare executive with a robust background in strategic planning and performance management, specializing in Medicare programs. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning & Performance for Medicare Strategy at Stellarus since January 2025, Diane leads the development and execution of comprehensive Medicare strategies while managing governance and communications. Prior roles include Director of Medicare Programs at San Francisco Health Plan, where Diane was instrumental in the launch of the Medicare Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP), and Senior Healthcare Consultant at Milliman, providing valuable strategic insights to health plan clients. Diane also held senior leadership positions at Blue Shield of California, focusing on Medi-Cal performance and analytics, and at Centene Corporation, where Diane supported national Medicare expansion strategies. Diane holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Connecticut.
