Irfaan Dalvie

Irfaan Dalvie is a Senior Director of Operations at Stellenbosch University since September 2022, following a distinguished career that includes serving as Director of Business Development at the University of the Western Cape from February 2015 to September 2022. With a background in Corporate Finance spanning 15 years both locally and internationally, Irfaan is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and a UWC alumnus, eager to contribute to the university's growth. Prior to joining UWC, Irfaan was a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance at EY (Ernst & Young) from April 2008 to November 2014, and Irfaan completed articles at PwC followed by two additional years in their valuations department. Irfaan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Western Cape, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
