Marothi Kgothatso Motshekga

Marothi Kgothatso Motshekga is currently serving as a Marketing Communications Intern at Stellenbosch University for the Listen, Live and Learn programme since December 2024, where responsibilities include documenting events, managing social media, and facilitating internal communication. Previous experience includes working as a First Aid Attendant for Maties Sport from April 2024 to October 2024, providing first aid during sports matches, and serving as a Faculty Ambassador for Stellenbosch University from September 2023 to October 2024, representing the science faculty at open days. Additionally, Marothi has held the role of Natural Science Committee Marketing Representative & Technical Officer, focusing on social media and event marketing while encouraging the science student community. Entrepreneurial experience includes owning Emkay Cosmetics from October 2022 to October 2024, and earlier employment as a Hostess at The Wine Glass from August 2022 to April 2023. Marothi is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing at Stellenbosch University, following a Bachelor of Science in Human Life Sciences and Psychology.
