Megan Davies

Megan Davies is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of sustainable development, currently serving as an Independent Trustee for Mulilo Prieska Solar Community Trust since June 2024. In addition, Megan holds the position of Programme Leader for the Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development at Stellenbosch University and also works as a Researcher and Lecturer at the Centre for Sustainability Transitions. With a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development focusing on Energy Transitions and an MPhil in Sustainable Development Planning and Management, both obtained from Stellenbosch University, Megan has demonstrated a strong commitment to the advancement of sustainability and urban transitions. Additional educational accomplishments include various short courses and a BA in Value & Policy Studies from Stellenbosch University.
