Vishaal Patel

Vishaal Patel is a PhD candidate specializing in Biochemistry at Stellenbosch University, with experience as a Workshop Facilitator and Writing Consultant within the university's Writing Laboratory since January 2019. Patel also serves as a Student Tutor in the Biochemistry Department, assisting second-year students with practicals while having previously worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Paul Roos Gymnasium and as a Student Mentor at Goldfields Residence, where support was provided to first-year students transitioning to university life. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biochemistry, a BSc Honours in Wine Biotechnology, and a BSc in Human Life Sciences, all obtained from Stellenbosch University.
