Virginie Caro

Virginie Caro is currently working as a Chef de projets RSE and Responsable de Projets Organisation et Conduite du changement at Stelliant. With a background in product management and consultancy, Virginie has extensive experience in leading projects in Agile mode, implementing new tools and activities, and managing organizational change. Virginie holds a Master's degree in Economics and is currently pursuing an MBA in management de la RSE et performance des organisations. Additionally, Virginie has completed various certifications in Innovation Games, Programming Neuro-Linguistic, and Coaching. Outside of work, Virginie has undertaken challenging expeditions such as cycling from Paris to Vladivostok and from Tangier to Cape Town.
