Noorullah Farid

Noorullah Farid has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Noorullah started their career as a Summer Intern at K-Electric in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Work Study Student and Teaching Assistant at Habib University.

In 2018, Noorullah joined Rinder as the Chief Technology Officer, where they focused on creating a comprehensive research platform. Noorullah stayed at Rinder until 2021.

Noorullah then joined Systems Limited in 2019 as an Associate Software Engineer for a brief period of two months.

In 2019, Noorullah also began working at Stellic as a Core Engineer I. Noorullah was responsible for technical scoping, design, and development of major features and projects. Noorullah also worked on optimizing data structures and algorithms for improved efficiency. In October 2020, they were promoted to Core Engineer II, where they took on additional responsibilities such as scripting, integration with other tools, and tracking and analysis of OKRs for the engineering team. Noorullah further advanced to the position of Junior Technical Manager in September 2021 before being promoted to Technical Lead in February 2022. Noorullah is currently working as an Associate Engineering Manager at Stellic as of September 2022.

Noorullah Farid completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Habib University from 2015 to 2019. Noorullah then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2019 to 2021.

In terms of additional certifications, Noorullah acquired a variety of skills and knowledge. Noorullah completed courses such as "Leadership Mindsets," "Rewarding Employee Performance," "The Practices of High-Performing Employees," "How to Be Caring While Holding Teams Accountable," and "Performance Management: Improving Employee Performance" from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2023.

Noorullah also completed additional courses on technical topics, including "Complete Agile Scrum Management + Kanban" from Udemy in 2022, "Tech Career Skills: Interviewing Developers," "Technical Recruiting," "Unconscious Bias," "Agile Software Development: Creating an Agile Culture," "Managing Technical Professionals," "Succeeding as a First-Time Tech Manager," "Python: Advanced Design Patterns," "Python: Design Patterns," "Tech Career Skills: Moving from Developer to Engineering Manager," and "Unit Testing and Test Driven Development in Python" from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained from 2021 to 2022.

Noorullah has also obtained certifications related to cloud computing, such as "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts" and "Learning Amazon Web Services (AWS) for Developers" from LinkedIn in 2020. Moreover, Noorullah completed the "Python for Students" course on LinkedIn in 2020, and they completed an "Introduction to Project Management" course on Coursera in 2020.
